Cobblestone at Roper is an upscale luxury Simpsonville subdivision. This subdivision is located just off Roper Mountain Rd, between Anderson Ridge and Batesville Road. There are approximately 131 homesites in the community with lot sizes ranging from .50 to 1.8 acres. There is also plenty of shopping and dining options on Woodruff Road which is 5 minutes away. There are plenty of activities and events happening all year-round not only in Simpsonville but also in downtown Greenville.

What schools are assigned to Cobblestone?

Residents of Cobblestone are assigned to some of the top-rated schools in Greenville County. Oakview elementary for instance has a perfect rating of 10 in GreatSchools.org, this school has been a recipient of multiple awards of excellence over the years.
